Live calendar. Training is confirmed by Alejo. Hotel requests hold a spot until the same-day confirm.
Do I book instantly or request a time?
Training is a request: Alejo confirms so he can match the dog, the issue, and the slot. Hotel stays show live availability; a request holds the dates until confirmed the same day.
What vaccines does the hotel need?
Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, and KC (kennel cough). Heartworm prevention on record. A veterinarian letter is fine if you are mid-protocol.
Can you take reactive or anxious dogs?
Yes, after an evaluation. We do not mix unknown dogs in play. Quiet spaces and solo walks are the default for boarding guests who need them.
Do you travel for in-home sessions?
Yes. We cover the whole DFW Metroplex from Cedar Hill: Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Frisco, Denton, Waxahachie, Irving, McKinney, Grand Prairie, Mansfield, Midlothian and nearby. A modest travel buffer is built into the in-home rate.
What about Texas heat?
Overnight stays are indoors and climate-controlled. Midday play moves to dawn and dusk in summer. No outdoor-only kennels.
Cancellation?
Training: 24 hours. Hotel: 48 hours for one or two nights, 7 days for longer stays and Boarding Training. Demo policy. Confirm with Alejo before launch.
